However, I can whole heartedly justify in this instance my glowing feedback around the service that Leana from Custom Creationz has provided.
I was referred to Leana by my friend who had previously used Custom Creationz for her Engagement invites.
I must admit, I was dubious at first. Given that I am based in WA and Leana over East, I had (wrongly) assumed that the communication wouldn't be instant, the service may lack that personal touch and it would be difficult to make amendments to the invite as there was no physical shop I could visit.
This could not be further from the truth. I have NEVER experienced such high quality customer service and professionalism and the location never factored into the equation.
Basically upon my initial investigation into wedding invites I quickly realised that whilst I want the best of the best I was not going to pay the inflated price tag and wait the 6-8weeks most Perth stationary shops quoted.
I took a sample of the paper I wanted to use and a picture of the layout I liked and then made various amendments from; extra inserts, different writing styles, etc and provided this to Leana. I was surprised at how quickly Leana responded to me and even more so at the lengths Leana had gone to to investigate the materials I wanted to use. It turned out the paper I liked was hand made in India and as such was more expensive. Leana provided two samples of invites with the paper in order to give me a choice of how much of the material could be used and therefore how much the cost would differ.
I received all samples and then the final product in a timely manner. The finalised product was even better than I had first envisioned. In fact, whilst I was going through the process with Leana, one of the Perth invite stores contacted me to offer me a further reduction if I booked up with them that week. Not only did I refuse but explained to them that even if they were able to match the price Leana quoted me, they couldn't possibly match the service!
Obviously most brides are a little tricky to deal with, I am no different. I wanted perfection and Leana delivered!"
